Filing and searching the UCC index, as each office states the fee
Two fees a filing office charges on its UCC (Article 9) index: recording a UCC-1 financing statement and answering a search of the index - the certified search (UCC-11 or the state's equivalent), whether it is priced per debtor name, what the uncertified online search costs, the per-page copy price and the separate certification fee. Both are printed here in the office's own wording, one row per jurisdiction, verified against the office's fee schedule or the fee section of the state's enacted UCC 9-525. Each state's page carries the same facts under UCC records, with the search entry, access terms and filing channels.
Filing a UCC-1, as the office states the fee
