Why this page exists
A fee schedule published today is wrong the day a statute with a delayed effective date bites. The trap is not the increase itself, it is the interval: an amount that is correct now, correct in the statute, and correct in every comparison table, becomes wrong on a specific date that nobody has diarised. Where a change is recorded here, the affected jurisdiction page shows the current figure with this date attached, so the two can never drift apart.
One of the changes below is a trap of exactly that kind. Where a jurisdiction bundles a card-convenience charge into the amount remitted, the new statutory fee can equal the old remitted figure. A system comparing one number against one number sees no change at all and quietly starts under-collecting.
