The incFACTS MCP server
Everything on this site is generated from one repository of citation-carrying records. The same repository answers live questions over the Model Context Protocol: point an AI agent, an assistant, or your own tooling at the incFACTS MCP server and it can query fees, statutes, closure calendars and good-standing rules - every answer carrying its citation, source URL, retrieval date and review status.
| Tool | What it answers |
|---|---|
get_fees / compare_fees | Canonical statutory fees per state, transaction and entity type, plus cross-state aggregates (min / max / median / mean) |
get_statute_citations | Verified statutory citations with quoted excerpts |
get_holidays | Filing-office closure calendars |
get_goodstanding_verdict | Whether an observed agency status string counts as good standing |
get_dba_regime | DBA / fictitious-name regime per jurisdiction |
get_jurisdiction | Verified official agency URLs and contacts |
search_facts | Keyword search across every dataset |
report_discrepancy | File an error or gap report straight into the maintenance queue and get a trackable report id back |
The review gate applies here too
Public API audiences receive only records that have cleared final review - the same gate that decides what these pages cite. Below-gate records are withheld and the withheld count is stated, so an integration can never mistake a provisional value for a verified one.
Reporting errors
The report_discrepancy tool files a structured report
(dataset, jurisdiction, expected vs observed, evidence URL) directly into the maintenance
queue and returns a report id. Reports are triaged the same way staff reports are:
duplicate, confirmed, needs research, or out of scope - and the id can be queried for the
outcome. If you find a wrong number, this is the fastest way to get it fixed.
Built for the industry
If you are in the business of incorporation services, registered agent services, or adjacent compliance work - or a law firm with a corporate, transactional or startup practice - incFACTS is your canonical resource. Most such organizations staff internal teams just to keep state fees, statutes, deadlines and name rules current - that information now exists here in a reliable, vetted, consumable format: these pages for people, the MCP server and data feeds for your systems. One source, every jurisdiction, every value carrying its citation and its date. The reference pages stay free for everyone - founders and one-off filers never need an account; the subscription is for machine access at scale.
Access
Subscription tier
The reference pages on this site are free and always will be. Programmatic access - the MCP server and the JSON data feeds behind these pages - is a paid subscription. Pricing is not yet published; this prototype records the decision that the tier is gated, not the price. Contact details for early access will appear here.
Free-tier exception under consideration: report_discrepancy
stays open regardless, because an error report is a gift.
