Revocation / administrative dissolution

Also called: revoked, administratively dissolved, administrative dissolution

The state involuntarily ending an entity's authority to do business - for missed annual reports, a lapsed registered agent, or unpaid fees. Voluntary dissolution is the entity choosing to close itself.
